When it comes to early childhood education and consulting, Taquila is no stranger. Her greatest passion is being an advocate and voice for those that are less fortunate. She has dedicated her life to being of service to children and families. Her hope is that through education and dedication, we can start to change the narrative for “at-risk” families and promote self-sustainability.
Her journey began with a diverse and eclectic education. Her educational background includes a BA degree in Psychology/Biology. She has an MBA in Business Management/Health Care Management. She is currently pursuing an EdD in Educational Leadership/Organizational Psychology. She has also attained Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) from the University of South Florida in June 2021.
Professionally, Taquila has over 14 years within early childhood, eight of which have been in senior-level management and seven of which she monitored and reviewed programs for compliance and quality. She is competent in all the service delivery areas and systems, as an SME in Health, Disability, Nutrition, Program Design and Management, and Mental Health. Throughout her 11 years, she has participated, as both a facilitator and panel reviewer, in several grants reviewing opportunities. Her participation as a grant reviewer was with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMMS), Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), and the Office of Head Start (OHS). Taquila has written renewal grants and funding applications for countless organizations.
Shandra Davis

Shandra brings strong experience in a variety of human services programs at both the state and national levels. She has 13 years of federal grants management experience and 8 years with Head Start. She has worked with the Administration of Children and Families Office of Head Start Region IV. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Troy University, and is pursuing a doctoral degree in Public Administration from Walden University.
Among her strengths, Shandra will bring the following experience strong budgeting and grants management oversight experience including analysis of grantee expenditure reports and related documentation. She accomplished technical assistance to varied grant recipients, with a strong customer service orientation and understanding of the program perspective. Shandra has a strong ability to interpret federal laws and regulations, both fiscally and programmatically also pre-award, post-award, and closeout knowledge and abilities. Shandra has excellent oral and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.

Senior Lead Project Management Consultant
Andrea brings an extensive background in project and operational management. She has over 15 years of experience in legal administration and business development. She has a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Technology from Eastern Michigan University. Also, she has conferred a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Administration and Legal Assistant from the University of Detroit Mercy. In addition, she received post-degree certificates in Paralegal Studies from Columbus State Community College, and she is currently pursuing Digital Marketing Courses to obtain a Nano Degree from Udacity.
She has previously worked in Legal and Operation support for over ten years with JP Morgan Chase. Andrea has worked with fortune 500 companies such as General Motors and Ford Motor Company managing projects as a project coordinator. As a Project Manager, Andrea will work tirelessly to provide your organization’s project the dedication it needs from start to finish.
